Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the sponsoring law school, all participants will be notified immediately and tuition and fees will be returned. If the cancellation is for insufficient enrollment, it will occur on or before May 1, 2006.

The program will be cancelled during its presentation only in the event of war, a natural disaster, or State Department Advisory declaring the location to be unsafe. If the program is cancelled during its presentation, tuition will be reimbursed for all courses which have not been completed at the time of cancellation.

Because your attendance requires significant advance preparation and demand often exceeds capacity, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel or defer your attendance. Notice of withdrawal of enrollment must be received at least 30 days in advance of the program start date. Students who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be charged an amount equal to tuition for session one of the program.
