CONGRESSIONAL UNIVERSE This source has the full text of conference committee reports from 1990 to the present in an electronic, fully searchable format. [Congressional Universe is accessible from the law library's home page under ‘Online Subscriptions.' Once there, click on the subject heading ‘Publications,' and then click on ‘Reports.'] (In addition, the database contains abstracts of conference committee reports issued prior to 1990. To find these abstracts, do a keyword search of the CIS Index (also part of Congressional Universe) and look for document results grouped under ‘reports.') THOMAS (Legislative Information on the Internet) [http://thomas.loc.gov] (click on ‘Committee Reports' and limit by clicking circle next to conference reports). This source has the full text of conference reports in a searchable format from the 104th Congress (1995).
