The law library has paper copies of the Congressional debates contained in various publications. All of the following publications are located in the federal documents collection in the basement:

The Congressional Record, 1874-date;
The daily edition of the Congressional Record from April 1985-date;
The Congressional Globe, 1833-1873;
The Register of Debates, 1825-1837;
and The Annals of Congress, 1789-1824.


In addition, the law library has Congressional debates from 1833 to the present on microfiche in the basement microforms room.
