David A. Bailie

Adjunct Professor David Bailie is a principal in the Champaign law firm of Thomas, Mamer and Haughey, and a 1975 graduate of the College of Law. He was an Assistant States Attorney with the Champaign County States Attorneys Office and rose to First Assistant States Attorney prior to leaving for private practice. His current practice emphasizes insurance defense litigation. Professor Bailie teaches in the Trial Advocacy program.
