Paul Pless is the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid, overseeing all aspects of the admissions process to the J.D. and LL.M. programs. In addition Paul is responsible for loans and scholarships for all current and prospective students. Paul is Chair of the College's Loan Repayment Assistance Program and Director of the Law Minority Access Program. Paul began working for the College in August, 2003 after graduating from the College of Law in May, 2003. Paul is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Springfield, with a degree in Political Studies. Prior to coming to law school, Paul worked for Illinois Speaker of the House, Michael Madigan, on the Issues Staff as well as with State Farm Insurance Companies. Paul is a member of the Steering Committee of the Champaign County American Civil Liberties Union and was a member of the undefeated Faculty/Staff team that captured the 2005 Law School Softball League championship.
