“The Politics & Policy of School Finance Reform” was a forum in the Max L. Rowe Auditorium on November 7, hosted by the College of Law and the Institute for Government and Public Affairs (IGPA), along with Professor Rick Winkel as part of the Law 792-J Class “Public School Finance & Reform”
The panelists for the forum were Illinois State Senator James T. Meeks (D), who serves the 15th District of Illinois with his home office based in Calumet City; Illinois State Senator Michael W. Frerichs (D) representing the 52nd District of Illinois with his home office based in Champaign; Illinois State Senator Dan Cronin (R), who has represented the 21st District of Illinois since 1993 with his home office in Lombard; and, State Representative Chapin Rose (R), a 2000 College of Law graduate who serves the 110th District with his home office in Charleston.
