James J. "Jim" Morrissey, Jr. '64 has practiced in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation for over 35 years. At one time, he was the attorney responsible for representing the American Cancer Society in all of its contested estate matters. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Economics, he is also a 1964 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. A faithful Illini, Mr. Morrissey is admitted to practice law in New York, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of both the Trial Advocacy and Deposition programs of the National Institute of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Morrissey attended two summer programs of Harvard Law School's Negotiation Project. Through the years, he has volunteered for Legal Aid in New York City and served as a board member for numerous corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Morrissey is currently a member of the New York University Advanced Estate Planning Study Group. He has been appointed as guardian on numerous occasions by local jurists.

Martha F. Coultrap '74 is a Partner in the private equity and venture capital groups of the Corporate Department in the New York City office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Ms. Coultrap represents institutional investors and funds of funds, in diverse private equity financing transactions. Her institutional clients include regulated financial institutions, public and private pension funds, and foreign investors as limited partners in domestic and offshore buy-out, growth, venture capital, hedge and special situations funds. She has represented private and public companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, marketing and catalog businesses. Commercial matters that Ms. Coultrap has handled include organization, securities offerings, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Ms. Coultrap is admitted to practice law in New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
