Law 794: Sales

Sales covers Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, on the sale of goods.   I almost hate to say it, but it’s a great bar review course.  Topics include  warranties, scope of Article 2, formation and performance of sales contracts, breach, and remedies.  If you liked Contracts at all, you should like this course.  In the “real world,” it is possible that more contracts are covered by Article 2 than by the common law of contracts.  If time permits, we may also spend some time on the international sale of goods, under the UN Convention for Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
