Law 794: Corporate Crime

This course focuses on federal white collar crimes, particularly in the context of corporations and corporate officers.  Major topics to be covered include entity liability (whether corporate, managerial, or individual) and substantive federal white collar crimes such as mail fraud, conspiracy, false statements, and obstruction of justice.  There will be an essay question-based final examination at the end of the course."
