Law 795: Juvenile Abuse and Neglect

This course uses an interdisciplinary approach to the study and resolution of juvenile abuse and neglect cases. Each class section will consist of a one-hour presentation followed by an hour of class discussion concerning the relevant topic. Students will prepare weekly statutory and case law assignments dealing with juvenile abuse and neglect issues. Guest speakers may be invited. There will be a final exam.
