Law 794: International Labor Law

This course will examine how various international conventions and organizations, as well as foreign substantive law, affect labor policy world-wide. Topics discussed include NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), the WTO, ILO, international trade agreements, and international corporate laws.
