Law 794: Global Financial Markets

This course will cover a variety of topics relating to international financing of business transactions. Topics will include basic financing arrangements, multibank agreements, Eximbank regulations, international letters of credit, OFAC and Antiboycott compliance issues, LIBOR financing rules and similar subjects. Grading will be by final exam.
