Law 793: Chicago Litigation Practice
This course is designed as an intensive introduction to litigation practice in the City of Chicago. The course will concentrate on practical aspects of litigation in Cook County courts, including local forms, local practice rules, document filing, local research resources and similar items. Students will be required to complete both written and oral exercises relating to litigation in the Cook County Courts. There will be an exam, but the course will be offered only on a pass/fail basis. It is offered only during the January intersession.
